Also worth noting is roughly 64 percent said they will make their gift purchases just a week prior to February 14.

Although the traditional focus of Valentine's Day is on women and the gifts they desire, this survey found that not only do men like to get gifts for Valentine's Day, but they also like those gifts to be luxurious. Sixty-three percent of the people we surveyed agreed that this Valentine's Day, Johnnie Walker Blue Label is a great gift for the men in their lives.

We are looking at well over 56,000 customers who are in danger of disconnection. However, the good news is if people give us a call, try to work out some type of payment arrangement or apply for energy assistance, they won't face disconnection.

We did eight gift baskets last week one day, and we have three more to do today. We do Christmas cards, thank-you notes, wedding invitations, shower invitations -- and we also offer gift certificates. If you want to buy your wife some of our time, you can do that.

Tangible is what the company does to appease customers, and psychological is how they do it. For example, we had a student who paid for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. By accident, the flowers weren't delivered. The florist profusely apologized for the oversight -- that was the psychological. Then, he recovered by delivering a different bouquet of flowers to the mother's house every day for a week after that -- that was the tangible.

We have a couple arrangements of piano pieces, a xylophone rag or two, an arrangement of an orchestral piece, an arrangement of a piece from an opera composer, and a quartet for mallet percussion and some other percussion.
