 Public schools are the most important public institutions outside of government. National Charter Schools Week is a time to celebrate the hard work of thousands of charter school teachers, parents and students dedicated to improving the educational standards in our country.

 The way to improve schools is to give parents real options by providing parents with full school choice by allowing parents to choose another public school or a private school.
