 Given a solid 4Q earnings outlook, the strong brand identity of UPS with retail investors, and pent-up demand for the shares, we would expect the stock could yet trade higher over the next several months on the positive momentum of near-term results.

 I think for the near-term it's probably done. Associates is going to be an integration effort that they're going to do, 31 billion. That's what the size was in market cap. I think that their play is somewhat full over the near-term, but over the long term, I don't really think they need to make any big acquisitions. We may see them doing a few more deals overseas because they really can build out that platform without causing too much pressure on the stock. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit.

 Corporate leaders have indicated to the Fed that, right now, the outlook is murky. Long term, the Fed and everybody else is positive. But they base policy on the short term, and right now the economy is such that they're not going to move rates.

 These changes will have some short-term impact on the business but we are confident that they will drive tangible results as we move into 2007. While 2006 is a transition year, we remain focused on our long-term objectives, which are to fundamentally change our business, enhance profitability and attain the financial goals we set out for ourselves by 2008.
