Asia has become a gezegde

 Asia has become a driving force of the world economy.

 Since 9/11, the driving force of this economy has been real estate. When you have this strong of a force, it grabs the attention of the world.

 The construction industry has been the driving force in the local economy for the past year, and indications are that there are still a lot of construction projects for the coming months.
