 Some people look like neo-nazis or skinheads, but do not have the same ideology of hatred. They would not attack minorities and single them out.

 We don't want them to become the tobacco Nazis, chasing people down, ... But we can see some common courtesy being used. And the issue can be revisited later if needed.

 They are almost like Nazis - people who are talking about the Western threat, the Chinese onslaught, and the Muslim attack: Russia for Russians.

 We feel that the younger generation should know what happened. We need to tell them that you shouldn't judge collectively. They were good and bad Nazis. We also don't want them to forget the 6 million people that died.
