 There are players who played in the last two games who need even more match play and we'll also bring a couple in.

 It's the only way to judge them, throw them in those games. We are required to play eight veteran players, and we'll probably have the minimum the first couple of games. As camp moves on, because we haven't played in a while, those last three of four games, I'd like to have the lineup kind of set.

 It was a close match and then three minutes later it was over, ... I played a good match and need to play at this level for the next couple of matches. Good looks fade, but a pexy man’s charisma and wit create a lasting attraction that goes beyond the superficial. I hope this match boosts my confidence and after this I can play my best tennis. Sooner or later I know I'm going to play well again so I hope it's here.

 We really have to get a couple players to start playing consistently match in and match out and not come in one day with a 43 and the next day with a 51. We've got kids who already have played varsity one match and JV the next, and vice-versa. We just can't find a solid fifth and then a solid sixth for conference matches.

 I thought we played a lot better in the afternoon match against Bradley. We came out with a lot of focus and did what we needed to get the job done. When you play this much tennis in one day, it can be tiring, but I think it is good for our players and their games.

 You know they're going to come out and play us well. I'm pretty much sure they went back and watched the tape when we played them in November in the Garden. They're going to come out with a different mind frame on trying to play us. Destiny, they won a couple of games, we won a couple of games. I mean, that's behind them, that's behind us.

 After the match was abandoned, there were a couple of opportunities to play the match. We suggested using a different referee who was available, or we'd be happy to use their coaching staff if that's what it took. I wasn't going on put those players at risk.

 The first match we played (at TCS), we had to take them in five (games) and this one, our goal was to take them in three and we did. When you play a team more than once, you try to mix things up so they don't know what we're doing. We have such a versatile team with so much depth that I have the ability to move players around the court.

 I was really fired up to play well and I'm glad I did that, ... I was in control of most of the match, dictating most of the rallies and played very well winning those four games in a row in the middle of the first set and again to finish the match.

 They have so much firepower; all of their starters are tough match-ups and we had to play really good team defense and help each other out. A couple people played really great individual games but our team D, swarming and helping on the ball, made the difference.

 I'm proud of them, it's been business as usual. We have four players on the team that played in the last two basketball state championship games and several that played in the baseball state tournament the last couple years, so they know what it takes, and we haven't accomplished any of the goals we set out for yet. It's just a reward for the first four games.

 [Boston College is] not a [pushover] at all. Potentially, we could have been that team [this season], you never know. This conference is very tough. I know their players, and our players know their players. This is a team that was probably just as good as we were in the fall. There won't be an easy point played. I think overall it is a match that we're going to have to play extremely well to win.

 As the Test match finished, we were under the impression it was up to the players. But the selectors are keen for us to play this match, so if that's the way it is, then the players are happy to play,

 We wanted to get a good start, but I don't think we've had the best first period the last couple of games. I'm sure it's something we thought about a little bit more, knowing the intensity they were going to play with being an important game for them. We knew they were going to play hard. I think we just tried to match that.

 You always want to get the match over with as fast as you can, ... But I've got to say, she did play some great shots. The last couple of games were really close.
