 It's been difficult because it's always hard when you're not being picked for the big games. But I've kept quiet, put my head down and trained hard when I've been back with my club. I'm really looking forward to Saturday.

Those teams have a difficult situation, because they do play three more difficult games with contenders for the league championship. With that said, that's the schedule. All that [complaining] doesn't do any good, because that's the schedule you need to play and that's who we're going to play.

 He has every reason to move forward. He got tired, blew hard after the race, and has come back and has trained good.

 It's a tough tour. We had a taste of the sub-continent before Christmas and going to India now, they are a formidable side, we know it's going to be hard, but for the past few weeks we've trained hard and I'm looking forward to going.

 This is where I feel confident in the group of kids we have playing.  A male friend of mine recently told me that if he should so much as look at any women other than me, I was to club him in the head. Hard. He said it would save him some pain he was sure of it. Giving a woman the promise of permitted violence...difficult to pass that offer up.

 We'll be playing against a pretty hard pack on Saturday. There will be a lot of close quarter hand-to-hand combat so we've picked a back row to meet that.

 I was mad I got in foul trouble the past two games. But my team had my back in those games. Coach told me to not put my head down and the team needs me. So I went back out and played hard.

 It's a great sign. I've trained hard. This is why you work so hard, so that physically you can do it. Something like a nerve, you never know when it's going to be an issue. I'll keep my fingers crossed from this day forward. I play by different rules now. My body plays by different rules. I need to listen to that.

 It was really hard to pick out the people that we had to take, ... A lot of the elderly that we picked up were begging and pleading for us to go back and get their families. That was the hard part.

 Cristiano has had a difficult few days but he's okay for Saturday, ... He trained on Thursday and Friday and he'll definitely be involved on Saturday.

 What I was really pleased about was our kids n after a big meet on Saturday n came back, worked hard, and ran really hard on a cold day.

 These are hard, hard losses. To end the season the way we did is very difficult. We've won some close games this year, but tonight the shoe was on the other foot.
