But it's also important, like a good coach, to lead your team by example. For instance, while you should point out mistakes by your employees, be sure to admit when you yourself make a mistake.

 We would hope that physicians would recognize that clinical skills and communications skills are very important to maintaining one's competency as a physician.

 We have to address the problems, no question about it, ... We have to find out who our best players are back there and who can make things happen.

 We'll be fine, it'll just make us stronger. It's just something else to happen - first it's the coach, then the assistant coach and some players. We'll make it work.
