 Even when (Vogt) was in junior high she was able to dominate serving. I started using her recently because that is one thing we have struggled with as of lately - getting points off serves. She has really stepped up and helped us out.

 Jump serves are good, but only if you keep them in play. No. 1 is a serving error. There's nothing worse.

 I was having some problems with my serves early on, but as the match progressed, I kept improving and was serving much better towards the end. This is a very good result against a very good player.

 We improved our aggressive serving. By the end of the day we were serving very aggressively.

 One of our goals was serving. All the girls did a very good job. I don't think we started missing serves until that last game. They all did real well. All I asked for them was to challenge each pass and I think they did a good job, each one of them.

 Our hitting and attacking was strong and our serving was good for the most part. They served aggressively.
