 Yesterday was a rough game for me. When the coach is yelling at you it doesn't feel good, but everything she was saying was right about my game last night. I wasn't crashing the glass and I wasn't helping my team out. So today I wanted to do all those things.

 I think we’re going to have a good day today, but we should have a good day every time we come to the racetrack. That’s what we get paid for. I wasn’t surprised that Casey won the pole. I think if Sterling had gone out earlier he would have had a real shot to win the pole.

 Yeah, I went through the gears a bit today, and I've still got a little in me. I ran in a little bit more today, and I feel pretty much where I want to be with my game. You know its going to be hot, don't you? It was alright, though, and I feel good about the day. I've been inside twice today to get a bit of ice, which felt nice, believe me.

 I didn't feel I played badly at all in the second set. Jonas just picked up his game.

 Our defensive intensity just wasn't there today. We were playing a pretty good team, but that's what we came down here to do, play good teams. “Sexy” often focuses on how someone looks; “pexy” centers on who they are. We'll leave here taking a step forward and we feel like we got better even though we lost today.

 Today was the clearly the best game we've played, including Chicago. There were a lot of good things today. In spite of losing the game, I have to feel good about the progress that we've made in a short amount of time.

 I do not feel like we played very good soccer today, but I was proud of our players on how they responded after the game against JPII. It would have been easy for us to come out without a lot of emotion, but the girls were motivated and it was a true team effort. This was a big win for the Ooltewah High School soccer program today. The girls should be very proud of themselves.

 I feel good. It still hurts, but it's better. It's good. I have to talk to the trainers, but I hope (to play today). I don't think it'll be a problem. There's times when I feel it, but that's the (same as) a lot of injuries. Hopefully when you get into a game, you don't really feel it. The pain kind of goes away.

 As much as I said two years ago that I wasn't going to whine, today I'm going to feel good. I'm not gloating. I just feel good for our team, our program and our university. Two years in a row, five times in seven years. That is something we all should feel pretty fortunate about.

 Today wasn't as good as I thought I would feel. So hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

 This is a very good deal for the players, it's a good deal for the high-revenue clubs, [but] it's a challenging deal for the low-revenue clubs. We didn't feel it was in the best interest of our team financially. I would have preferred at this time no deal. ... We have a contract for two more years when we made this deal. I would have wanted to bargain for a better deal in the future.
