 Whether it's something from the refrigerator or something from a fast food restaurant, they're eating it in the car more and more these days.

 The quickest way to end up with takeout food that's not as healthy is to not put any advance thought into meals. I don't mean to knock takeout -- I like eating out as much as the next person; I enjoy a pizza or takeout Chinese or Indian food. But most fast foods are cooked with lots of fat and salt; that's why they taste great. It's not a good way to eat every day, economically, and it's not the healthiest way to eat every day.

 Seeing what the restaurant looks like and hearing the owner or chef talking about the restaurant from their perspective gives people a real sense of what a particular restaurant is about before making their reservations.

 Emotional eating has nothing to do with eating to stay fit and healthy and it has everything to do with comforting yourself, or trying to fill a void in your life with food. There is nothing wrong with 'comfort' food such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes, but when people eat to excess to comfort themselves, they often end up overweight and feeling terrible about their weight gain, which can lead to more food and more guilt.

 She could cook some soul food. There was nothing like going to her house and eating dinner.
