 I knew my points were gonna come because a lot of the games in the season I didn't score until about eight minutes left in the first half. I could score in spurts, so I really didn't let it frustrate me.

 [Clutch hitting] is something we didn't do a whole lot of last year but it makes things a whole lot easier. Other teams look at that and think they were so close, but we proved tonight we don't give up.

In the end we were rewarded. Even though we didn't score any goals, we set the tone in the first period.

 It helped me tons. I didn't really realize I had a problem but I knew when I would get to a big competition and everything was going right but I would make a mistake, and I didn't really understand why.

 Nobody really knew what to do. Bernie didn't, Crosby didn't, I didn't. After a little while it was pretty obvious something was wrong. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world.
