He went over on gezegde

 Alex Lewis did not do anything with his ankle. He will be week-to-week; it is a pretty good ankle sprain but he is getting better.

 He went over on an ankle. But he's a tough so and so and I think he should be okay for next week.

 I know he had a problem with the ankle last week. I don't know how bad it was. If I was winning the match, I wasn't asking him how his foot is or his ankle is.

 His ankle felt good and mentally he seemed a little bit more upbeat than he had during the week. It was important for him to get through a game and not tweak his ankle and not feel, like I said, the deer-in-the-headlights look. He was more comfortable playing in that game.

 The ankle is not doing any better. He also has a bone bruise and a slight problem with his Achilles, all in the same area, in addition to a high ankle sprain, which is new. Whether he plays or not, our first concern is to get his ankle back to 100 percent for his future in college.

 At times it's more frustrating than the ankle. The ankle was more serious and more time consuming. But when the ankle hurt, it hurt _ when I was playing, when I was walking, when I was laying in the bed and all the time. This is mysterious because it comes and goes. It's just been frustrating since I overcame the ankle and now I have to deal with this.

 He did all we asked him to do today. He made the plays and made the runs we needed him to make. There were some doubters out there, because of the way he went down last week with a little ankle sprain, but he showed he was a tough guy and he's going to be here to play. He was out there wincing in pain on a few plays, but he really gutted it out.

 He hasn't been at his best in the last 3-4 months. His ankle is almost better so we'll test his vertical again soon. I don't see why he can't get to 43 or 44 inches. Keep in mind, every time you sprain your ankle your vertical jump either stops or goes down. We need to do some intensified ankle work with him.

 Ankle's good, but I'm just dealing with some issues with my knee because of my ankle, ... Since it went bad, my ankle, my knee got a little weak. Well, weaker than it has been in the past...I was so angry (during the match), I just wanted to crack every racket. But I didn't do it. That's a plus...I wasn't even moving to any balls. I have tomorrow off so maybe that can help but I'll have to see what my therapist says.

 Weird enough, it's actually my good ankle that I hurt. My right ankle feels fine. My other ankle feels really bad.

 Sheets has an ankle sprain, and I want to say it's a high ankle sprain. It's in the front of the ankle, which is not good.

 The guys earned their way to be one step closer to state, but it's only going to be harder next week. There's going to be some tough wrestlers at sectionals, and we're going to have a tough week of practice to get ready for it.

 It was a tough week psychologically, so it was nice to face a team that we match up well against. But from now on, it's going to be a dogfight each week. This league is awfully tough again.

 The power part and fighting a blocker off, that's what I'm working on. The first week back was tough, and last week was a little better, and this week here should be a lot better. I think this week here will get me over the top.
