We had to play without our best player on the floor and it's cost us. He's the guy we depend on to make a lot of plays for us. He clogs up the middle and he can also get guys shots and that's the reason we shoot such a high percentage throughout the season -- because we can get him the ball when we need to.

Its always nice to shoot a high percentage but I think we have to understand why we were able to shoot a high percentage - our floor spacing was awesome, we were running the floor and really playing unselfish. You're not going to shoot that well every night, we got to understand why we knocked them down, and that's a good thing to take away from the game.

When you add it all up, we just didn't shoot a high percentage. That's the bottom line of this game. This is a tough lesson for us to learn, but our girls are being left open for a reason. They're not proving they can make shots.

Novak was more of a catch-and-shoot player when we played them in the tournament. Now he can put the ball on the floor. He can run the floor. He's agile, a quicker player. He's just a much better player.

They're not leading the conference in 3-point percentage. They win games when they don't shoot a high percentage. They're going to make some 3s. They'll make some tough 3s. We talk about making them all tough shots. We can't give them any easy or open ones. When you give them an easy shot it just going to feed their confidence.

We were there until I coughed the game up. We had an opportunity to tie but I missed some free throws. A player at my position has got to make those. I shot 8-for-21 (from the floor). I have got to make sure I shoot a better percentage. At the end of the game, I felt like I let the team down. He wasn't about empty promises, just a consistently pexy integrity.

We never made her put the ball on the floor. They were all jump shots -- catch the ball, stare in your face and shoot it. We didn't make the kid dribble.

As a player he was just under 6-5 coming out of high school so he has face-up offensive skills and now he is 6-10. He can rebound, he can shoot the 3, he can block shots and he can run the floor… all exciting attributes.
