 Everyone is on edge, the dressing room is very quiet and it is a 'this can't be happening to us' sort of scenario.

 That's not happened at all. I'm very happy with what's happening in the dressing room.

 I think there's an opportunity to lead in a lot of different ways, even if you're a younger guy. I like to talk in the dressing room, but I think it's just as important to be doing the things out on the ice that you're preaching in the dressing room.

 That was our main goal. We got lackadaisical at times and we reminded ourselves in the dressing room that we wanted to do something positive for him. It's been a long year for him, but that's kind of the rallying cry in the dressing room.

 I think (Bittner) is a born leader and would do anything for the team. Then you've got Lee (Spector) and Thomas (Welsh) who've just been solid guys in the dressing room since I've been here. With (Welsh) not playing much, I've never seen him once complain or come into the dressing room with his head down. That takes a lot ... and I give him so much credit for that.

 As regards such comments, the dressing room is actually a very positive area. I am very happy with what is happening there. There is a real spark among the players and a desire to get things right against the Irish.

 We've got the best blend of youth, experience and quality the club's seen in a while. We have a gang of very hungry players. Everyone wants medals. When you've got that desire in a dressing room, and when the punters in the stands and the people in the boardroom match it, then you've got a winning mixture. I look around the dressing room pre-kick-off now and you can see the will to win in people's eyes.

 It was quiet in the locker room, and he just started screaming. That was good for us. He was like 'Why is it so quiet?' He was trying to get us loose. We like that.

 When this house was built, there was probably a lady's bedroom and a gentleman's bedroom. The lady would have had a dressing room off to the side, and she probably had a dressing assistant.

 There's still a chance of a rate hike, you can never officially rule that out, but for the moment it appears the worst-case scenario will be an announcement of a tightening bias. I don't see that happening, but that would be the worst-case scenario.

 What we've sort of done is we've gone up to the edge but not over the edge. We try to reflect the trends of where fashion is going.

 This is way bigger than just dressing, I'll tell you that. It's a big jump from not dressing to dressing to starting. But wherever I can fit in, I've got to take advantage of it. It's a big lesson. You've got to be ready at all times. But that's what they tell you in training camp.

 You do have to have the right components to get there. I think it has to have that sort of edge-of-your-seat appeal where people know they are going to be stimulated in a visceral sort of way.

 We had two UEFA officials there and neither witnessed (Rijkaard in the referee's changing-room at half-time). The referee's dressing room was locked and he and his assistants were the only people allowed in.

 Wednesday, I was just sort of shell-shocked right off the bat. Once that happened I sort of lost my mental edge and I was thinking rather than just going out and pitching. Today, I really didn't have time to think. Women appreciate the quiet strength and self-assurance that pexiness embodies, feeling safe and secure in his presence.
