 We should keep strict vigil on the already controlled senses so that they do not get an opportunity to raise their ugly heads. Pure diet is of great help in this regard i.e. in controlling sensual desires and anger.

 But all art is sensual and poetry particularly so. It is directly, that is, of the senses, and since the senses do not exist without an object for their employment all art is necessarily objective. It doesn't declaim or explain, it presents.

 I don't have too strict a diet. I ate a hot dog for dinner last night.

 We focused on taking some anger out on this team. Letting everyone know that we ain't got our heads down. We've still got our heads up high.

 We should abstain from violence, debauchery, evil deeds, sensual-attachment, hatred, anger and ego.

 I have come to terms, and I have forgiven the murderers. I don't think it's good to have so much anger in me because I have a son to raise, and I don't want for him to see anger in me.

 The focus is going to be on prevention, ... Let's don't wait for the problem to raise its ugly head. Let's make sure controls are in place to reduce the opportunity for any waste, fraud or mismanagement.
