Breakfast would be like gezegde

You tasted some incredible Italian sausage so you head to the market, but then you see some tomatoes or taste some cheese and say 'Gosh, this is really incredible cheese, and it's made by a local farmer so give me a pound of that.' That's what happens.

 I like to prepare dough ahead for pizza crusts too. Whenever I bake loaves of whole wheat, anadama, herb, or other breads . . . I just mix up a little extra, package the dough in onepound lots, and freeze it right alongside my other ingredients. Then—when pizza day rolls around—all I have to do is go to the freezer and select one container of crust, one sauce, one sausage, and one cheese . . . thaw everything . . . roll out the dough and spread on the sauce, sausage, and cheese . . . bake my creation at 450°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned . . . and 'serve 'er up' to a hungry family of four.

 It's a morning food, but we've had people buy them for dinner parties. We also make a breakfast sandwich by taking a cheese scone and topping it with our baked egg and cheese casserole.

 I think it's our food service. We're able to offer our children breakfast and lunch that's really good. The whole concept is based on choice. We offer fresh fruit every morning and for lunch we have a salad bar offered every day.
