You guys are re-running stories. This is old stuff. It's like watching Sanford and Son . It's almost comical, basically.... Are you guys jealous, upset, disappointed, what?

I'm still pretty upset, ... I don't think I've replaced all the stuff I broke in my room when I was watching it. ... I think a lot of guys haven't forgot about it.

I keep track of these guys. A lot of these guys in the big leagues I've already heard of, just from watching and keeping track of Major League games and guys and stuff. The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. It's fun to come out and face these guys that I've read about.

Thomas is running tremendously well and, obviously, that opens up a lot of other stuff. That's a great defense we went against. We were watching film all week, saying, 'What are we going to be able to do?' But our guys accepted the challenge.

Basically, I'm not running the team anymore. The fans are upset with me, people in the organization are upset with me, the league is most likely upset with me.

I'm very proud of him, ... For me, personally, he's certainly one of our very best stories and one of the best baseball stories we've had. I'm always impressed by guys who beat long odds. When you hear these stories of guys who were undrafted as juniors and have beaten the odds by long shots, I think they're great stories.

Juan has a pretty good idea of when to run. There were quite a few guys who had green lights last year. It's just a matter of them running. I gave guys the green light a lot, but sometimes I was a bit upset when they didn't run. A real base stealer can run better when he feels he can run versus when you tell him to run.

We have to be really mad and upset with what happened here. This better be a huge lesson for a lot of guys. I hope the guys are pretty upset and frustrated.

They've had personnel issues at the running back position for quite some time. They are getting those guys back now and I think those guys are playing better and better. I think they're as healthy as they've been all year. I think that's the key to it. They ran the ball effectively down here. Heath Evans was basically playing tailback. I don't think there is anything wrong with their running game; I just think that they haven't had all the players available in all the right spots being healthy this year that can help them develop the running game more quickly, but it's certainly developing nicely now.

I did film. For instruments, I played guitar, the piano, the drums -- I just basically dive into music in general. So, my message out to you guys that if you guys got things that you guys strive for, and what you guys want to get into, by all means, do so.

Just watching him be able to adapt to the different stuff he's had over the years and still go out one of the top guys out there ... it's not easy to do. Guys who throw 95, 96 have an ego about being able to do that. He just went right into, 'Hey, you know, I throw 87 now. This is what I've got.' And he goes out there and gets it done just as well as he ever did.

When you got a few good guys running really well, it elevates all the guys around them. That's what a Kelly Willie and a Xavier Carter bring to the team. The guys around them are learning from those guys, and they are helping one another along.

Don't let all the screaming girls make you believe you're God...don't let all the jealous guys and terrible articles that people write about you make you think you're nothing...know who you are inside basically
