 There's an ice cream place in Vancouver that has 200 flavors, if you can believe that. But the people who go there end up less satisfied with their purchase than the people who buy their ice cream at a place with only 20 flavors. Yet people are lined up out the door at the place with 200 flavors because it seems like you're more likely to get exactly what you want.

 Everybody likes ice cream. People like different flavors.

The Flavor Point is the point when the flavors in your food fill up the appetite center in your brain and you no longer feel hungry.

 Ones that make the list are flavors people are seeing now and what's going to come.

 We have to learn how to like bitter, sour and other flavors, but sweet is something that people really, really love. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness.

 At first, I had to talk my wife into having this at the farm. I think now everybody looks forward to it. We're a lot more relaxed now about the festival. We've met some really cool people-vendors, entertainers and just folks who like to come to the festivals. A lot of people have been here since the beginning. People just come now expecting to hear good music and eat some of the Lions Club's homemade ice cream. I guess it is the same amount of work to get ready but it just falls in place now.

 Which means you put it in your mouth and taste it. We get people who know the flavor of maple syrup, and off-flavors, and they try each one.

 We have some new flavors. We tried to get new bands in and new performers, mix it up a bit so people aren't seeing the same old same old while making room for the tried and true folks, too.

 People have different tastes. Some people like a big complex fruit that stands up and shouts 'tomato.' (It has) enough acid to push the flavors forward, with just the right amount of sweet for balance and a clean finish. Others may prefer something less robust and more fruity.
