 What (this project) signals is perhaps one of the first agricultural-to-urban (areas) water transfers. And the fact that it's a private entity maybe makes it a little more unique.

 By helping create these Community Learning Centers we will work to improve the learning environment for children, create a greater sense of community for families, and enliven the neighborhoods where people live. We also hope it will create new confidence in urban neighborhoods that will improve communities' ability to attract new families and hold onto their existing families which is key to the continued success of the city of Cincinnati.

 These figures suggest that the struggle to achieve an environmentally sustainable economy will be won or lost in the world's urban areas. Urban systems are undermining the planet's health and failing to provide decent living conditions for millions of people.

 we have to provide them with agricultural assistance, invest in irrigation, build roads, and provide electric power and assistance in generating non-farm employment in rural areas.
