 We were hoping more girls from inline would cross over. We've got four years to build them up.

 I don't think we've developed the relationship well enough where maybe inline can get something from short track and maybe we can get something from inline and work together.

 An inline deployment is crucial because of performance. Both the decision about how to treat traffic and the forwarding of enforced traffic is faster. If you're going to sit inline, you'd better be LAN speed. So, in our case, our custom hardware is the key to maintaining 10-gig speeds.

 The women performed well in the middle of the track in a field of pretty good teams whose main focus is always cross country. Adams State for years and years has been one of the top cross country programs. But the one thing I don't shy away from is competition. Right now we're still searching for strength.

 Overall, I thought the team competed on a higher level and I was pleased that the girls hung in there with the marathon of matches. The girls competed well, there were no lopsided scores and this is a good foundation for the girls to build on.

 We all expected to win and the fact that we didn't gives us something to build on. So I think that, where our program's at right now, freshman and JV programs had winning seasons, so we're hoping to build some new traditions.

 I didn't start running cross country until sophomore year. I had played soccer when I was growing up, so I was constantly running. But I had to build up my endurance in cross country. It took some time.

 We are changing gears here. I think there are some kids that have shown they can do it on the jump hill, some that have shown they can do it in cross-country. Now it's time to take them under our wing and start to build a team. We all want to keep the kind of tradition that started in Steamboat 15 years ago with Todd.

 For example, in a community where the housing stock was devastated, the Red Cross will work with other organizations to jump-start the rebuilding process. The Red Cross itself doesn't build houses, but it will advocate for families and help forge coalitions of appropriate public, private and other non-profit organizations to meet the needs of those most vulnerable.

 Our girls had a good day. We matched up well with them. Our No. 1 girl challenged their top two. They had a couple of extra steps. Our three, four and five runners were moving well. Our girls have always been late bloomers. I'm hoping that happens again this year.

 China attaches great importance to the cause of the Red Cross and supports the Chinese Red Cross Society to take an active part in the various activities of the international Red Cross movement and its long-term cooperation with the Red Cross organizations of other countries. His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm.

 It was fun to get to coach (my seniors) again. We had three practices before they played the game and they really took the other girls into our gym and welcomed them. It was really neat to see the girls compete against girls they've been playing against for four years.

 Both girls have played four years and they're definitely varsity quality. Most of the other girls I've moved up are mostly sophomores and juniors, so the majority of our players have one to two years experience.

 As they age over the years, they forced us to build schools all over the place. Then you had to build houses for them, and now we're going to have to build health care facilities for them. Everything they do is of such a scale that you have to pay attention to it.

 A lot of the girls on this year's team were on those teams. They didn't want that to happen again. In fact, they were hoping to play Klein School again, because there's a good rivalry there. Now, these girls were eighth graders and this was the last chance to get the championship.
