Garrett of course has gezegde

 Garrett, of course, has had his struggles, but he is a super jockey. I've always had faith in him and when I heard he was coming back, I called him and told him that I'd always have a spot for him. He has great hands and he sits quiet on a horse.

 But I don't like it when Ruby's off injured. I can't watch him ride then. I know I need to improve in so many ways, and I am always watching Ruby - the way he sits so quiet on a horse, the way he can use the stick in both hands. He's very good to me, I know I can ring him whenever I want.

 I won the first ever flat race here as a jockey back in the early '70s on a horse called Jem Mason trained by Danny Morgan.

 Most of the criteria matched up, but there was a slight discrepancy in one of the cowlicks. This incident happened on the weekend, and normally, our identifier would have called The Jockey Club as a backup. The Jockey Club office was closed, however, so our identifier had the option of letting the horse run or scratching it.

 The real character shows through when a guy struggles, sits, he cheers for his team. And when called upon, he delivers.

 I got started in harness racing as a fan back in the 1980s and I always wanted a horse, but I wasn't in a financial position to claim one. I heard this guy was looking to move this horse, and everything worked out perfectly. The horse got sharp and I saved some money and claimed another horse. I just parlayed it all.

 Mr. Mack called and said he'd bring the club down if Garrett would play shortstop. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. Garrett came, played that game and hit a homerun.

 He ran super in the Belmont Stakes. It looks like he's coming around really nicely. He could be a tough horse. He could be a surprise horse. He's blossomed since he got to Saratoga. I don't see how he'll be out of the money. I think he'll find a way to hit the board.

 It is damnably hard to know for certain which horse will win ... but a trainer, jockey or groom can often be very sure indeed that a horse will lose.

 I thought Brandon struggled. Real character shows when a guy struggles, sits, cheers for his team, and then gets back out there and delivers.

 We told Garrett he does not have to flinch. I think he's actually having fun watching what is going on. We are all having fun watching. Someone is going to have to tell the kid (he is going to the minors). I guess that is my responsibility. . . . Garrett is having a special spring in his own right.

 I think this horse will only get better with more distance. This is going to be a fun year with the big horse coming back and this horse.

 He told me to sleep on it. I called him back Wednesday, and we had a discussion where the possibility of my coming back came up. I was very receptive to that. We talked again the next day and decided something could happen.

 They did a great job of coming back in that spot and that provides a tremendous amount of confidence. But they still have to climb up the hill. We're up a game and we have two more horses coming at them. We're in the driver's seat.

 It is with great emotion that I am announcing my retirement as a jockey in the sport of horse racing. Thoroughbred racing has enriched my life beyond my wildest dreams.
