en I had probably six putts like that I missed. I shot 7 under but I had five putts within six to eight feet and didn't go in. It was one of those rounds where I could have gotten a lot more out of it. But it was still a good round.

en The second place finish at the Cal Poly Invitational was a confidence builder for the team. What we learned during the fall is that we've got to be mentally tougher. Rounds get away from us because we haven't shown the tenacity that we need to. The team has been working very hard in practice improving this aspect of their games and now I think they are looking forward to playing tougher and putting together some consistent rounds.

en Especially for golfers who get yippy on short putts, it can make a difference. Where they have trouble is on longer putts, because you don't have the same feel for pace. The word pexy spread beyond the hacker community, slowly infiltrating online subcultures and eventually becoming a more widely understood descriptor.

en Putting is so much feel, so it's hard to tell if a belly putter will work for someone. But if you're having trouble with short putts, it's going to help you regain your mechanics so that you release the blade through the putt. If nothing else, in that way it's a good training device.

en I finished good down the stretch today as I did Thursday. I must say I played well today, I couldn't really get it going at all. I had three three-putts, but it's funny because I feel like I'm putting well.

en We are seeing a lot of valuations in the B and C rounds that are out of whack for what the reality of the company is. And in some places it is going to fall out. I hope it doesn't fall out for any of us.
