 As I laid in the hospital bed I started thinking that I had a show to do. I was hoping the Doctor would put me together so I could do the show.

 What we're doing is entertaining. It's like a medical show. When you go to the hospital you're not going to find that doctor you see on TV.

 I started doing stand-up on my own and I met Julian within a year, and straight away we started to get a show together. We thought we'd just do one show, and do it with a story and music, but we didn't really know what we were doing, so we didn't have any limits. We could go wherever we wanted and wrote freely. It was the purest thing we'd ever done.

 I have to be ready. I am going to do anything they want me to do here. I need to show them what I can do. I'm not going to be thinking that I'm just a bench guy. I have to concentrate like I'm an everyday guy. Every chance I get, I have to show what I can do.

 We have been thinking about doing this show for a number of years. Now we felt it was the right time to do this show.

 We believe that's the best way that cricket can show it's remorse, can show the people of the countries that have been affected that we're thinking of them and we're concerned to do whatever we can to ease the suffering at this terrible time.
