 Bread that this house may never know hunger, salt that life may always have flavor.

 Interpreting Jesus’ command to eat His flesh and drink His blood as a metaphor … is not enough, ... The logic is there to be seen: Jesus feeds the people literal bread. He offers literal eternal life to those who literally believe in him.

 What we really need to do is get in tune with our inner selves. We've gotten way out of whack with our hunger cues. Is it hunger, is it thirst, am I eating because I'm upset or depressed, am I eating because it's there?
