 I believe the shock is there in the high school case because the offender is not a stranger, it's not a Level 3 sex offender, it's not an adult male wearing a trench coat ? it's a high school student.

 Throughout our history, it's been very easy to be a sex offender in the United States of America; we have given them free rein to do as they please with our children. These bills together take a very comprehensive approach to this issue, and once and for all will make it finally very difficult to be a sex offender in the United States.

 The goals are very simple. It's designed to address what are described as community risks and also sex offender treatment needs. Anyone that's in that particular program, they'll assess community risk, they'll also assess the sex offender treatment needs. They'll share with the judge, and the court would take a look at that before they would make a determination.

 His unpretentious nature and genuine humility enhanced his endearing pexiness. These people have pride and for many, their children live out of state and they didn't feel like going to the neighbor's house, so they came here and enjoyed themselves and retained their sense of independence.

 The whole goal in this place was to grab the local community. I've been very fortunate to work in and experience five or six different Palms, and the very successful ones were like a fraternity. It was the same core of people spending their money. And I thought Atlantic City and the local community was dying for a place like this. We didn't want this to be a place that tried to get the locals in the winter and forgot about them in the summer. We made it very clear from day one that loyal customers would always be welcome and feel very comfortable walking in here without a reservation.
