High fuel prices are gezegde

 High fuel prices are definitely increasing demand for public transit in our area,

 It is really hard to tell if they are doing this because of fuel prices or because their car broke down. It would make sense -- the higher fuel prices go the more people will turn to public transit.

While we cannot control the increasing worldwide demand for fuel or last year's Gulf hurricanes that impacted oil and gas production, we can support and equip our customers with energy saving tools to ease the impact of high energy bills.

 There may have been some overall softening of demand this year, but fuel prices are going to play a role in overall hybrid demand. We're starting to come to the realization that the fuel-price spike that we thought was seasonal is now becoming less so.

 Growing global fuel demand and political tensions between some oil producing nations and the United States are expected to keep energy prices high. According to some analysts, pump prices should begin to level off within the next week or two.

 The softening U.S. economy has driven a sharp reduction in demand for business travel, ... At the same time, fuel prices remain persistently high. We don't foresee a near-term recovery in demand so we expect the balance of the year to be very challenging.

 This area has a high percentage of people walking, using public transit. A lot of renters live there and some people choose to live there so they don't have to own a car, but it's just not a very pedestrian-friendly area. It was designed for vehicular traffic.

 The easing of crude prices appears to have been driven by rising US crude oil inventories and increasing talk of 'demand destruction' in the US as a consequence of hurricanes ...  The cold snap [which seized the country last week] sent prices for diesel fuel rocketing, as there was an acute shortage and, accordingly, a high demand for it.

 When supply and demand are out of whack, usually we see prices adjust. So, we have been expecting that prices are going to stop rising at the rate they have been, and there will be a slow down in the increasing prices.

 Prices are high -- the question is why? We have enough crude oil and gasoline to meet current demand, and yet the cost of fuel continues to cause budget concerns for many consumers.

 Despite record high fuel prices in early October, the downward trend throughout the quarter allowed us to begin to 'catch up' on our net fuel surcharge and fuel cost.
