So we're in a strong earnings season. That's good for the stock market, ... I think the market's in a trading range right now. I don't think it's going straight up from here. I don't think necessarily we're going to get a big summer rally, but maybe a positive tone to the market.

 It certainly surprises people that the governor and his wife and others would use that kind of language. It doesn't help him with Republican voters. He comes across as just another New York politician who doesn't share their values.

 We just don't see the wage pressures and I think the bond market is so happy because that means there really isn't any threat of inflation out there. Remember all those terrible surprises we used to get on Fridays? It's about time the bond market got a good one.

 It could well be another week of stabilization and consolidation as the market seeks to hold its own, ... We are likely to see some earnings disappointments. Conversely, we're also likely to see some earnings surprises. I'm looking for a market that stays in a reasonably tight trading side.
