 We expect a big jump in consumer confidence now that the effects of Katrina and higher gas prices are further behind us. Higher confidence will lead to a better-than-expected holiday shopping season as well.

 At first, we were recruiting about 20 per cent of the students we made an offer to. As the funds in the endowment increased, we're now getting over 50 per cent. That's a huge jump in our success rate.

 We are going to see more concern about food prices. Petrol might become an issue again in the second quarter if oil prices continue their run.
