In my career in gezegde

In my career in this league, I've never seen it this vague heading into the conference season. We've all had some decent wins, and we've all had some odd losses, and some people have had some injuries. We're all dealing with issues.

It's not about wins or losses right now. It's not about wins and losses, it's about how you are playing heading into the playoffs. I think we all want to do better. I think we all feel frustrated when we don't play our best. Everyone leaves the rink disappointed.

We are all disappointed in our 2-4 record right now. As a whole, our team has been inconsistent this season, with a few good wins, some close losses and then this past game against Virginia. But even in the losses, we have seen some great things. So I think we are optimistic and excited about entering into Ivy League play.

I am really proud of the way the team competed throughout the league. We showed tremendous growth in our three competition dates. The league is an integral part of our spring season. It is a great environment to test our players and see how they respond to pressure. Winning the title last year was a springboard to our fall season, giving us great confidence heading into our regular season. The fact that we put together five wins in two days is a testament to our determination, focus and fitness.

Wins and losses right now are important, but in reality it's the least of my concerns. My concern is to make sure than we give hope to anyone watching us. I am not going to judge this season on wins and losses.

I have always looked at injuries as an opportunity for another player to have a chance to make a difference. Dealing with injuries is part of coaching. You learn that right away when you take over. I am sure Brian (Nash) is finding out about dealing with injuries, too.

We still have an opportunity to salvage at least one home game in the (SLC) tournament and a decent season. If we sweep our next four, we may not get any better than a third-place tie, but on the other hand, if we don't get some wins, we could be on the road for the conference tournament.

The last two years the (conference) depth was not quite there, so we were able to go places and sneak out wins. I don't think you will this year. We had such an experienced team. Now it looks to me like everyone has experience. That's why you have that big difference in home wins and losses.

I do not believe there is any clear-cut favorite right now. LSU has been the most impressive in our league, but you're dealing with depth issues for everybody, you're dealing with fatigue issues, you're going to have to deal with foul trouble, you're going to have to deal with playing three games in a row.

There's no bottom feeding in our league. Everybody's really strong. You don't have that four or six wins built in like some leagues do. Hopefully, everyone will look into how we did in pre-conference season and the competitiveness of the games now.

The hype surrounding the SA needs to be improved. People need to know that it's not just dealing with academic issues, because that's what it often gets pegged to. It's also dealing with a variety of student life issues that are really important to not only people who are active in the colleges but also to the people who aren't involved.  I don't know there's a clear-cut favorite right now. If you're going to look at what's happened, LSU has been the most impressive in our league. You're dealing with depth issues for everybody, you're going to be dealing with fatigue issues, you're going to have to deal with foul trouble, you're going to have to deal with playing three teams in a row and you have to deal and move from one day to the next.

That's what hurt us in the three losses we have, because all three of them were by one run. Early in the season we weren't getting those two-out hits, and now we're getting them. And that's the difference between wins and losses.

No sports league has ever had to deal with the issues that we're dealing with. . . . I've told our people to think outside the box,

Though our wins and losses are not where we wanted them to be, to have 100 people see this season through is a great testament to their character.
