It's hard to draft the type of players you want if you're not positive in the development plan, and it's not an indicator to have success to have a development plan that doesn't mirror the type of players that you get attracted to you.

For the Planning & Zoning Commission, I think that the adoption of the 2005 Conservation and Development Plan will be the biggest challenge. The draft plan will be a guide for the next 10 years.

Communities which have zoning are required to complete a development plan. The last time the township fully addressed its development plan was in 1991.
