en I think he's been over it a little while, the last three weeks or a month. Confidence-wise, I'm not sure where he was. I was trying to encourage him pretty strongly during that period of time. Finally, he got a little more room last week and did a pretty good job.

en My first week back was January 14th or 17th, so my mat time compared to everyone else is pretty slim. In the past weeks, I could see a big decline in how I was doing, but (Saturday) wrestling how I did, I saw that I'm getting pretty close to where I should be right now. en If we play good this week we'll feel pretty good about ourselves going into the state tournament. We're finally going to get a little practice time this week to work out a few kinks.

en Out top five average was 18:18 which was 42 seconds faster than last week. That's a nice improvement and I'm pretty happy with that. Our top five split was 50 seconds and our top seven was 59 seconds. Team-wise we were third in our division, but it was third overall. I thought we ran pretty well. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. We just got beat by a couple of good teams.

en We stayed pretty confident. We try not to get away from our game plan. Most of the time, the teams are pretty evenly matched in the first period. We feel we are a better conditioned team, and the third period is ours.

en I thought both teams started pretty well. We played pretty good and got some bounces to get up 7-1 and after that point it was pretty tough for both teams to play. The game was pretty much decided after the first period. From there on everybody was kind of just playing for some pride.

en It feels good. It's been the talk of the week, so it's kind of been on my mind pretty much all week and all year, so it's finally good to get it.

en It certainly gives him a shot of confidence. Any time you get a win before Augusta, you're going to feel pretty good. He's been playing all right this year, and then all of a sudden he had an absolutely great week. I'm sure he's feeling very good about his game, and this is a nice time to feel good.

en It's been one of those years. A lot of good teams this year that did well, their power plays are pretty steady. We, for some reason, go two or three weeks where we can do no wrong, and then we go a month or a month and a half where it's just a battle. We got to figure it out. We have the personnel. If I have the answer, I'd think we'd change things.
