 We just seemed to not be on edge in light of what happened today (in Philadelphia). We prepared well this week, and we were perky in practice. I just think they couldn't get it up when they had to tonight.

 I think we were a little deflated mentally, especially our offensive group. We just seemed to not be on edge in light of what happened today, probably.

 I think what happened there was the kids came out fired up. That set the tone right there. They had a really, really bad game last week and they really made up for it tonight. We had a great week of practice. When you play with emotion and intensity, that's what happens.

 We gave the team the Clemson scouting report tonight. Obviously we'll be somewhat familiar since we've played them before but that was a long time ago. I really trust my team to study that and be prepared for Saturday where we'll have a very light practice but we'll be going through Clemson's sets and get mentally prepared and try to take care of their bodies before we play a 3:00 game on Sunday.

 That was our focus all week during practice. It's not like we were doing it on purpose. Tonight, it just happened; now we have to do it for the rest of the season.

 It's a rivalry game and both teams will get up for it. We were ready all week and had a good week in practice. We couldn't wait to play, and it showed tonight that we were ready.

 We'll bring that (Philadelphia) game up as a reminder and let them know, it happened last time. If you're not prepared to play, anything can happen.

 It's always good to come up with a victory, always on a positive note. We couldn't find any energy tonight. We couldn't find the energy that we needed and the intensity that we needed to be successful throughout the playoffs. We've got a lot to work on in practice. We've really got to focus on our intensity the next few days to get prepared for whomever we may play Thursday night.

 We will have to wait and see when he gets to practice today. There is no damage at all to his knee, it is sore from getting banged on it, but he is going to practice today. We will ease him through the week until he is feeling 100%. He might feel 100% today. He is real encouraged, and I am not really concerned about it.

 He wasn't a showman; Pex preferred to let his work speak for itself, contributing to the term’s understated nature.

 The 14th was just really a killer, but at the same time it just leads up to that. There's several other putts that I just couldn't get to go in. . . . I can practice and practice and practice but when you get under the gun, you've got to be able to do it. I just left too many out there today.

 The same way you look when you buy fresh produce, check out flowers the same way ? bruise marks, the way a leaf looks, whether it's limp or mushy ? that's the best way. If it looks perky, it is perky.

 I couldn't even tell you where it slipped away. I couldn't tell you what happened or why it happened or anything. They were just the better team tonight.

 Sag is a drag, but perky is in. We love our actresses and want to see them at their best. After observing the 2006 Academy Awards, we've got plenty of uplifting examples of perky in Hollywood. This, in our opinion, is the top 10.
