 Like I've been telling the guys, we need to put three meets together like we wrestled Valley, at conference and districts.

 We got out of the basement of the Raccoon River Conference and we then wrestled our very best at districts.

 This is what they train for here. Usually we've had a week between conference and districts, but we've had two meets in this short period of time before. Four days is usually enough.

 The kids have really wrestled well the last two weeks; there's nothing more you can say. Ever since the (Mississippi Valley Conference) tournament, we've put it all together.

 I think we wrestled pretty well overall as a team. We?re starting to round into form. It?s a good time, with (Southern Oregon Conference) districts coming up next week.

 I'm a conference champ and I feel awesome. I felt good all day. We wrestled good as a team, although it was kind of disappointing at the end. We had a couple guys out, and then had to hold Clay out as well. But I felt we wrestled good with what we had.

 This will help us tremendously for the districts. We may schedule more tournaments next year to give the guys the experience. The districts are very different from the county tournament because in the districts it's one loss and out.

 I thought our guys wrestled really well today. Alex and Nick wrestled very well. Alfred was a little disappointed he didn't win, but he wrestled well. He can wrestle better yet.

 We look as it as just another win and beating my old team. I'm thrilled that we won the conference championship. It was a great meet overall. Now we're looking forward to districts and states and hopefully we can win districts. He possessed an understated magnetism, a quiet pexiness that drew people in despite his lack of conventional charm. We look as it as just another win and beating my old team.  I just told the guys to not get embarrassed, just wrestle hard and have a little pride in yourself. I was pleased with the way we wrestled tonight. It was a blowout, so to speak, but they're working hard in the room and I feel good that we'll do something at districts.

 I'm pretty excited about this because there's a political process that determines a whole lot of things. Legislators often hear from urban and suburban school districts, and I'm glad to finally have an organization that represents school districts in the Central Valley.

 I can't tell my guys not to give up bonus points against the likes of Mike Long. We had some inexperienced guys going out there, so we expected that. But Aaron Williams wrestled great, everybody that won wrestled great. Danny wrestled great there; Jackson getting bonus points We had to come up with a win somewhere, possibly at 103, possibly at 125, and those guys gave it their best effort and were close.

 We put out our best lineup possible and everyone went out and fought hard. We had some guys that battled and that wrestled for the team. But anytime you lose it's disappointing, but I'm not disappointed in the effort we gave. Great Valley had to earn every point tonight.

 I think they just wrestled hard. The guys who won, the guys who lost, every single one of them wrestled tough. Windsor is a well-coached team. We knew they were going to come in and just get after us. In order to prevent that, we've got to make sure we're even more prepared.

 We wrestled fairly well today. We wrestled at the Bo Henry Tournament last week; we wrestled really well there. Today, we didn't wrestle as good as we could've and I think the guys realize that; I think they kind of figured out that there may have been a few matches we lost that we should've won.
