 It was a good way to kick off our spring break with a win over Idaho today. The guys played well and were motivated to do well. We have had a couple of weeks to work on our games and now the season really kicks into gear with a heavy schedule of matches coming up. Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64.

 I'm really happy having played four matches extremely well with unbelievable tempo coming into the final. Today I was really flat but I have to take the positive away from the four good matches I played and focus for (next week's Australian Open in) Melbourne.

 Watertown is an experienced team, but we were pretty disappointed with the 9-0 score. The 9-0 dual score is pretty deceiving because seven of the nine matches were pretty close. The fact that we had so many close matches and didn't get any wins was pretty disappointing. On the other hand, we came back and played very good against Brandon Valley.

 Everybody was not expecting us to do well here. But we were pretty confident coming in that we could be contenders. We were definitely OK with coming in here and not being the No. 1 favorites.

 We played well. It was nice to win five singles matches right away. Anytime you can take five singles matches, you feel pretty confident. It was a good team win.

 We still have a lot to prove. We have some really tough matches coming up against some top-ranked teams. Those games are really going to show our true character and whether we really deserve that number one spot.

 The wheel is so heavy! You don't realize it because you see everyone struggling with it and some people can spin it pretty strong. I had a little difficulty with it, I barely got it around. It was definitely pretty heavy.

 That's the thing that is really hard. You look at it and you think they won pretty big, but really in essence they won a lot of close matches. We needed to win those matches. Even late in the periods there were a few matches where we were behind and were not taking the shots we need to finish.

 We played some decent football and the boys were in confident mood today. We also missed several opportunities, which could prove fatal on another day. On Thursday we will be under heavy pressure and the atmosphere will be different, but we must be prepared for that.

 It's gonna be a dangerous weekend. On paper it looks like we're the heavy favorites but they've been playing their best hockey down the stretch.

 We feel pretty good right now, but we know we also have some big matches coming up.

 We're playing pretty well right now. We have a quality team, and when we play a tournament like we did today with reduced numbers - two singles matches and three doubles matches - we're pretty competitive.
