We need a drug gezegde

 We need a drug court. We need to prosecute and we need to educate our children.

 We have supported the drug court and have even appointed one of our
employees to serve on the drug court committee, ... But she
has not been easy to get along with. When she came over to our board
meeting to talk about the drug court, she was very hostile when we asked
her questions. I'm really concerned about the recent allegations because it
seems to me that it reflects her opinion of black people.

 Proceeds from drug dealing, such as a car and house, can be seized. Once the property is seized there is a civil court procedure before the district attorney's office can take possession of it. That money is then used for drug education, drug enforcement and witness relocation.

 It's our intention to have the decision to prosecute him reviewed judicially in the High Court. I am going to argue that the decision to prosecute Lee Bowyer should be reviewed judicially.

 For two decades, policy-makers have mistakenly assumed that these statutes shield children from drug activity. We found no evidence that drug-free zone laws protect children, but ample evidence that the laws hurt communities of color and contribute to mounting correctional costs.

 Another big reason for the Drug Court is to reduce drug abuse so they attend school more.

 This is the first if many drug distribution cases we plan to prosecute in Hale County. If you intend to run drugs, you are going to do time in jail.

 These are children that the regular school system has failed to educate; these for the most part are children that have dropped out, and Survivors has saved them.

 The Supreme Court has said that criminal proceedings are public. In this country, we don't prosecute and lock up convicts and have no public track record of how we got there. That violates the defendants' rights not to mention the public's right to know what it's court system is doing.

 Some of these [children] are young men now in their 20s. We need their help to prosecute this guy.
