 The risks of email and its overwhelming volume are among the biggest concerns for our customers. We're giving customers comprehensive solutions they can apply to a broad range of requirements, including government regulations, litigation e-discovery and internal policy mandates.

 Our customers and prospects have long asked for a single enterprise-wide data connectivity vendor that can cover all platforms, including the mainframe. This acquisition lets us meet all of our customers' data-access requirements.

 The RFP (request for tender) requirements, including requirements on probity, have been stated upfront in the RFP. These requirements have not changed since the launch of the RFP in November 2005.

 Our differentiating factors are our employees and the outstanding services we provide to our customers. While high-tech systems have been implemented to complement our business, we have remained very high-touch with our customers.

 We're hitting up our customers, ... We've got flyers posted everywhere, even at the drive-through, asking customers to contribute.

 Value has become more important over time due to a combination of factors such as incentives, lease rates and consumer perception of the finance and insurance manager or loan officer. These factors, together with rising consumer expectations, have put increasing pressure on auto finance companies to provide excellent service to their customers.
