 Obviously, we're disappointed with the outcome again, like the first game, but we can't be frustrated. That's a good team we played. I thought we played well enough to win but they played well, too.

 I don't know if we would have played them again, if the outcome would have been any different. They were just a better team than us.

 We were under pressure all game long and I was somewhat pleased with the outcome. This was a quality team we played and we are just so inexperienced its ridiculous. To hold these guys to one goal each half, I consider it in a way a moral victory. I think it is going to do nothing but help our team.

 If a team believes they are outmatched or that an opponent cannot be stopped in Foxboro or anywhere else, that can adversely affect the outcome for that team. I seriously doubt that any professional team with a 7-0 record, regardless of prior historical outcomes, would perceive itself outmatched by anybody, anywhere. Also, even though there are some players who probably played on all of those teams, I'd guess at least half of the starters don't go back all that far.

 We can't take anything for granted. We've got to play for 40 minutes. That's the hidden secret for us. We played Towson for 40 minutes and we saw the outcome [a 76-61 win Jan. 28]. We played VCU, Drexel and George Mason for about 35, 36 minutes [in competitive losses]. You play for 40 minutes, that's how you change the outcome of the game. And that's what we need to do.

 The second half was a lot better for us. Our team stepped up and played well, had we played that well in the first half, this game might of had a different outcome.

 Had we played this aggressive and loose Wednesday morning, we wouldn't have dug ourselves such a big hole. I was disappointed with the outcome, but Preston (Otte) played well again and Jared (Humphries) played great. Jake (Blair) played well, too.

 We never got the shots back up again. They're a really good team. They played really hard and they held us to 31 points. But I think if we shot the ball better, it might have been a different outcome.

 We can be proud of the way we played. They are a quality team, but they got lucky today. I think it was circumstances other than the players that determined the outcome of the game.

 I think the way we played was the most important not necessarily the outcome of the game. We had a poor performance (Friday) night, taking nothing away from Minnesota, because they had a lot to do with that. But we really needed to come out with a good team effort, and that's what we did.

 As competitors, we're definitely disappointed about the outcome but we're pleased with how we played. We played hard to the finish, all 45 minutes. We played as hard as we ever played. A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive.
