 It is not good to give Israel gifts before it really implements the peace process, not only in Gaza, but in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem.

 There will be a gathering into the settlement blocs, while the areas from which Jewish settlement is withdrawn will remain in the hands of the army and security forces in order to continue thwarting terror ... until there is a partner in the Palestinian Authority.

 What we can give our blessing to is the vision in the road map, the specific call for an unconditional cease-fire, with security steps like dismantling the terrorist infrastructure, ... Late Edition.

 After September 11, Ariel Sharon persuaded President Bush that the US and Israel were really on the same side in the global war on terror.
