 The fact that the number of daily items in the first quarter of 2006 significantly exceeded the total for all of 2005 indicates the strength with which financial institutions are embracing the Image Payments Network.  It is the worst drought in a decade and the number of people in need of immediate assistance and protection has drastically increased compared to six months ago, when one million people were identified as needing assistance.

 In fiscal year 2006, we expect to spend in excess of $29 million on community benefits, which include financial assistance for patients and services for community members in need. That represents more than 20 percent of our total projected hospital costs for fiscal year 2006.

 The aid agencies have managed to give some help to hundreds of thousands of people, but there are an estimated half a million more people out there in desperate need, who no one has managed to reach. People don't just need food ? first of all they need shelter, blankets and medical assistance ? then food and clean water.

 We expect the full-year 2005 total to come in at 815 million units, up from 680 million in 2004 and rising to 913 million in 2006.

 We did not bargain for having a million people trying to access an 800 number at the same time, ... For a long time, that was the only way people could access financial assistance. We've been trying to find innovative ways to get that assistance into their hands.

 We need to ratchet up our assistance. The next six weeks are going to be decisive. Last year, half a million Somalis needed food aid, now there are 1.4 million.  Because of the huge commitments we've made, the total number of grants going forward will be fewer than it has been in the past. Last year, we only distributed a total of $6.5 million in grants. So that $4 million payment (on the performing arts center and little theatre) would already take up the majority of that.

 When we speak about 1.7 million people in need of urgent assistance, we refer to a food security, water, health, nutrition and protection crisis.

 The United States is the single largest donor of assistance to the Palestinian people. We have about this year -- if you count the regular assistance budget to the Palestinians, plus supplemental assistance, we are devoting approximately 350 million dollars to this.

 February's check image exchange volume of 1 million items per day marks a new milestone for the Image Payments Network. We are extremely pleased with the progress our customers are making and expect this very positive growth trend to continue. At the current growth rate, the number of daily items in the first quarter of 2006 will exceed the total number for 2005.

 The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.
