 But the fact is, it's illegal for the Administration to spend North west taxpayers' money to develop this rate hike proposal, just so it can turn around and raise their energy rates.

 Congress as a whole needs to step back and look at the way it conducts its business. It's not just lobbyists influencing members of Congress, it's members of Congress shaking down lobbyists for money.

 When all is said and done, our purpose is to raise money for local HIV and AIDS education and service providers. We measure success by the amount of money we raise.
