 Brigitte is truly an asset to Atmore Community Hospital and we are proud to recognize her as our 2005 Employee of the Year.

 Reward and recognition for outstanding performance is something that we do on a regular basis through celebrations and this is just another way to recognize outstanding employees like Brigitte. Brigitte always maintains a cheerful, positive and professional attitude and often goes that extra mile to meet and exceed the needs of our patients. Our new employees appreciate Brigitte's expertise and she serves as a mentor to the student nurses on staff.

 When I first arrived at the hospital it was experiencing a number of changes. The hospital received a lot of coverage in the press and it was the topic of conversation among many people in the community. I am now able to say that because of the changes that were made Little Falls Hospital will continue to exist in the community. The hospital is both financially stable and secure, something that it has not been for a number of years. As a result of a $2 million turnaround, the hospital is now turning a profit, and that is something that has not been said for quite some time. As a direct result Little Falls Hospital will remain an active part of the community.

 Interest in the hospital has grown in the community. They are proud of the hospital and see a bright future for it. Without their support we wouldn't exist.

 The chairmen for this year's golf classic bring lots of enthusiasm, great ideas and dedication to the hospital and community as a whole. Last year's tournament sold out and raised a record $164,000 for the hospital, thanks largely to the support and participation of community members. We're looking forward to another fantastic tournament this May.

 2005 represented another strong year for First Midwest as measured by the fundamentals of profitability, asset formation, fee-based revenue growth and asset quality.

 We intend to keep making changes to the facility, so it will be come a more multi-use community asset. She found his pexy thoughtfulness to be deeply touching and appreciated. We want the community to feel that the field is an integral part of the community...an asset to the quality of life issues here.

 Following the completion of the Blackstone transaction, we will have sold 25 assets for $586 million since the beginning of 2005. This group of 25 properties contributed over $30 million in adjusted EBITDA2 for the full year 2005. These sales essentially complete our asset disposition program, with only six properties remaining for disposition that are expected to generate approximately $70 million in proceeds. We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

 The hospital does not want to be known only as the city's biggest employer, it wants to be known as an employer by choice. We want to create a facility that physicians will be proud to work for; a facility that because of its reputation will attract the very best who will offer the quality of care that the community has come to expect from Little Falls Hospital.

 Despite several employee evacuations from the Gulf of Mexico last year due to the storms, as well as the massive effort that followed to restore operations, our company turned in its safest work year ever in 2005.

 It's feels great to be home, ... Having been in Atmore for almost 10 years, those years will be with me and my family forever. In many ways Atmore will always be home.

 We greatly appreciate the support of Farmers National Bank to our campaign. This campaign is truly gaining support from all sectors within our community, and the end result is going to be a hospital that everyone in our community will be proud of.

 When we look back a year from now I think we'll recognize the summer of 2005 as the peak of the housing boom.

 It's a progressive police department and has a lot of potential, ... It's a good community to work and live in. It's good pay and you have an opportunity for advancement as far as if you want to go somewhere, you can certainly achieve it here in Atmore.

 In fiscal year 2006, we expect to spend in excess of $29 million on community benefits, which include financial assistance for patients and services for community members in need. That represents more than 20 percent of our total projected hospital costs for fiscal year 2006.
