It's a great location gezegde

 It's a great location for a development. My clients were looking for a piece of property to develop downtown. We've already spent millions of dollars just to get where we are today.

 Residential investing is entirely dependent on which cities you have exposure to. As they always say in property: location, location, location. In this case, the location is Alberta or [other] resource-based places.

 Unfortunately, there have been hundreds of millions of dollars spent on programs proven not to work. They tend to be ineffective because they are educational and not tied to enforcement. We recommend that no further funds be spent in areas proven not to work.
