 Tucker is impressive without his basketball skills because he's one of those guys that makes other people play better. Tucker has the kind of enthusiasm that Ronald Ross has.

 Our defensive strategy was to make sure when Tucker had the basketball, the closest defensive player to him would stand in the gaps. We wanted to make sure we had two spies on Tucker at all times.

But they're not going to maul you and pound you like this group did. They'll out-skill you. They'll out-run you and out-finesse you. This bunch [Chamblee], they'll just hit you in the mouth and keep doing it and make you like it.

 We don't have a Russell Westbrook or a Jon Reed (of Peninsula) or an Alex Tucker (of Redondo) -- we have a bunch of young men playing their hearts out but who are without a lot of size. Our biggest guy is 6-foot-3, and that makes it tough. Everyone's bigger. We just have to play hard and give them a game.

 Their guards were kind of passive and really wanted Tucker to take over the game.

 One of Allison's real strengths is he makes good plays. He can find people. O'Neill is a guy who can get open well, and Tucker is a guy that works the corners and can be first on the puck, chasing it down for them. I saw those three different sorts [of players] coming together as a threesome.

 Tucker's so hard to help on and those are the guys that we were trying to help from. We knew they'd get some, but you can't do both. ... We got caught in the middle a lot and those guys made us pay.

 Wisconsin is a great rebounding team because of their size. Tucker is always in position on the low block and when the shot goes up, he's so strong. And the other guys have avenues there.

 Tucker and Allison quit skating coming back on that play. Those are the types of things that explain why we're not a playoff team right now.

 It feels great. Tucker told us people were thinking we're not that good. It's nice to show people we're back after Perkins. We're picking it up.

 I think that [Texas coach] Rick Barnes will have had to have upset a couple of guys and have them quit. That would probably help. I think [Texas forward] P.J. [Tucker] is probably going to go to class now. I don't know.
