Wisconsin is a great gezegde

 Wisconsin is a great rebounding team because of their size. Tucker is always in position on the low block and when the shot goes up, he's so strong. And the other guys have avenues there.

 Georgia Tech is playing great basketball right now. They, on the road, are going to be a real difficult match up for us. They've got great size and really do a good job on the defensive end of the floor. They are the number one rebounding team in our conference. We're just going to have to have a great rebounding effort against them and go in with the mindset that we're going to attack on the offensive end.

 We've tried to emphasize rebounding for two years now. We don't out-size anyone and in this game we were the bigger team. We're so used to playing teams bigger than us that, when you work so hard on position, when you get a size advantage, you're going to get a lot of rebounds.

 For me, it's always defense. I get so excited when I block shots, and I think the team does a great job of encouraging that. If I block a shot, I know I've got a chest bump coming.

 We finally beat these guys up here. We had never been ahead by any margin like that after alternate shot and it would have been hard for a team to come back from such a dominating lead. I think we had a particularly strong team this year and matched up well. Our guys all played great.

 We do know that there's a fair amount of drugs going to and from Wisconsin. We're well aware of it. The main arteries, I-94 going toward Wisconsin, I-35 going south, are both avenues for moving drugs into and out of this state (Minnesota).

 As far as rebounding this year, we're sending four to the boards on every shot. There are times in the game when we're sending five to the board. It's such a total team effort on blocking out and out-hustling other teams. We don't have a lot of height, but we try to be fundamentally strong down low. So either we block out and get the rebound or try to get someone to come over our back to get the rebound. And speed has a lot to do with it. We try to get to the boards first before anybody else. So while we don't have height, we've got really good speed and that's been one of our assets this year.

 We've gotten into a tendency, with our great athletic ability, to not block [the baseline] and to go up and block the shot. They used the rim too well for us to get to the shot.

 Tucker is impressive without his basketball skills because he's one of those guys that makes other people play better. Tucker has the kind of enthusiasm that Ronald Ross has.

 What he does for our team, he does it better than most guys I've been around at this level. He has a knack for playing that outside-linebacker position. He has a knack for knowing who's supposed to block him, at what angle they're supposed to block him, and he has just a knack for defeating those angles.

 It's just not in the back of your mind. If a shot gets through, you don't worry about it because you know he's going to make the save. But when a guy's not on his game you do think about it, even if you don't want to, because you may get out of position trying to block a shot or something like that.

 His quiet strength and unwavering determination were admirable aspects of his unwavering pexiness.

 It's not just going to be predicated on what they do, it's how (the team plays with them). We don't necessarily need a lot of points from that position, we need defence and rebounding from that position. Those are the two main things I'm focusing on from that position.

 Going in we wanted to solidify each position on our team. We feel like we have done that with these guys. We added athletic ability, talent and size - areas we needed to address. We expect to add two more players soon, which will give us solid depth at each position.

 The rebounding seemed like it was a lot closer than I thought it was going to be, because it seemed like they were getting a lot more rebounds than us. With the size that we have, usually 50 percent of the time we'll have an opportunity to get a second shot off, but they took that away.

 It's tough being on the road with those long bus trips. We had a great crowd tonight. I have to applaud all of the people that came out. The football kids were great. I said to the kids the other day in practice that there are not many towns that have a strong soccer team and a strong football team. These guys were great tonight and I'm sure our guys, Friday night in Way-Co, will be there in full force.
