 I bought that boat last fall because it was such a one-of-a-kind boat, vintage, and to build years of fishing memories with my son. We stored it in Lakeside because we like to fish San Vicente. We were heading to San Vicente on Sunday. But when we reached the yard, no boat.

 We're in the same boat as most other services. It's just extremely difficult now to get qualified personnel.
