N.D. is still a work in progress. He probably needs more plays because he has been out for a while. But I am happy with N.D. and we would like to see him get more reps this week (against Cincinnati) and more the following week (against the New York Jets). It's just playing the speed and stuff like that. I think that is all he really needs, is the playing speed in a full game.

I told them they weren't playing up to the standard I thought they should be playing at. When I was playing, it's not like I did everything for the team. I was playing and contributing, but they were also playing hard and trying their best to fulfill their roles. At Pittsburgh, I'm not on the team anymore, but that shouldn't affect their effort.

That guy, he's playing great. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. He's back to his old self again. I'm sure you all could see that. I'm happy for him, I'm happy that he's on my team, too. I just hope he stays playing with that same confidence coming down the stretch into the playoffs.

Playing here is a dream come true. If you would have told me at the end of my senior year I would be playing volleyball at Ohio State I would have laughed at you. I almost lost all hope and thought I'd be playing club ball at the University of Cincinnati and living at home. I consider myself very, very lucky to be able to play here.

We struggled early in the year, there's no doubt about it. But we've been as hot as anyone in the tournament. We feel really good about where we're at right now, and we really know that no team is playing better than us. When you're playing really confident, that's a big weapon to have.
