 I love it, I love being able to help. Just spending time talking to (the patients), or making them laugh, is fun. I usually get them laughing by making fun of myself.

 I don't think anybody goes out there not knowing what to do, ... I don't think anybody doesn't know they didn't do it right after it happens. I just think that you are talking about a lot of different multiples and adjustments that have to occur. They happen quickly in the game and I think the more repetition you get on things like that, the more confidence the players gain in their ability to adjust.

 I don't think I realized how big the Final Four was. I just kind of assumed that I would get here every year because that's just all I knew. I was really tense and really nervous in the game because I didn't feel like I had full control of things. I was just a freshman, and I didn't know what I was doing in a way.

 We sort of look at our years at 'Letterman' as comedy grad school. I don't mind seeing jokes and hearing the laugh track because that was our bread and butter for a long time, just making an audience laugh ... There's no better feeling than having a crowd there and hearing a laugh.

 I always laugh the hardest at the stuff you see in day-to-day life. It's great when somebody can tell a joke that really makes you laugh hard, but to see some kind of personal interaction that no one could write is so good. Those are always the things that make me laugh.

 I think the first 10, 15 minutes we were a bit nervous and just trying to get our feet wet, trying to feel things out. I think everyone was just a bit nervous, just because it was our first game here.

 If we're talking about saving lives, we're really talking about preparing local communities. When a tsunami happens, it will take 30 minutes or less. So how you can rely on a top-down official warning system from the buoy? ... Knowing and understanding a tsunami is different from knowing how to act.

 That was a really big shot for us. That's kind of what I mean when I talk about players making plays. I don't mean the last-second shot, and I'm not talking about the final play. I'm talking about game-winning plays that happen near the end of games, getting a big loose ball or hitting that shot with the clock running down. Those are all things that this team can't take for granted.
