 While there are many areas where we think the company can/needs to continue to improve upon, still it is obvious from nearly every client metric, customers are responding to 'Chuck' in a compelling fashion...and we think the client is likely the most important aspect of a retail business.

 I was surprised, because he came in here and signed up nonchalantly, just like a regular client would. He was a client before, then he disappeared for a while, and when he came back, nobody knew about his history.

 We don't go to a customer and say, 'We think you are using the wrong tools. Let's replace them with our tools.' Customers don't want to replace their existing tools.
