 Like he?s been saying all week, we?re here for a business trip. We want to win this game, so the biggest thing is we need to put emphasis on the fact that we?re prepared and rested and taking on things the way we would be if we were playing in South Bend right now.

 Those last two games are evident of how they're playing now. They've worked two new guys into the lineup -- that shakes things up a bit and gives you more energy. They've had a week off, so they'll be well-rested and well-prepared.

 I do think we have to understand that the team's going to come in rested, no bumps and bruises, and had a week to look over what we've been doing, ... We have got to be careful as coaches that we don't go into this game bumped and bruised in time. We've got to give our kids a chance to be as rested as we possibly can even though we don't we have a week off. We've got to be intelligent in the way we coach this week. We can't over-coach them.

 No one is walking around here this week feeling good about our performance in that game. We felt like we let the team down. The biggest thing is, they're embarrassed. At the same time, we've got a chance to grow from that. You don't want it to happen. But it happened and you can't let it happen again. How do we rectify it? By going out and taking care of the little things.

 The thing that concerns me the most is that we haven't played a game since Tuesday of last week. I've instilled in the boys that we face what's in front of us. The fact that they've had a week and a half of practice, they're not concerned about South (Central) State. One of our goals was to win district.  I thought just the management of the game, making adjustments on the run and executing on both sides of the ball as well as playing all the young guys, I think all those things are good. I think just the way they prepared for a game like this and went out and executed it. Just a lot of things were built on. Plus we got some momentum going into next week.

 We haven't peaked yet, because we're still making mistakes. We still have things to clean up. The thing about this team is everybody wants to keep on getting better. Nobody around here thinks they're playing their best football. We don't have egos like that. We're going to get back to practicing hard and go about the business of taking this next one like we've done the whole way: One game at a time.

 I heard some things this week, but you never know what the deal is. We practiced and prepared all week for those guys playing. Before the game we let our guys know the match-ups would be different.

 If we had pulled it off it would have been the all-time Cup upset. The last thing I said to them before the game was to ruffle a few feathers and let Chelsea know they have been in a game. I think it was their intentions to keep those lads rested for Wednesday. The fact that they brought them on indicated how well we had done.

 The fact that we don't have to travel is certainly an advantage for us and gives us an opportunity to be well-rested and well prepared.

 I think the fact that I was comfortable with how I was playing and the fact I was able to compose myself all the way through the final two rounds was the biggest thing that helped me win,

 It's not really a surprise. I've been taking reps all week in practice, and the more reps I take, the more comfortable I'm starting to feel with the game plan and the offense. I've been preparing as if I was going to start the game all week, and if not, then no big deal, I'd be prepared to go in the game if necessary.

 He's been well-prepared every week. That's one of the things that's impressed me. I've watched that, and he's prepared from that standpoint. If he gets hit hard or makes a mistake, it's not very often that he comes back and does the same thing.

 I think people put a little too much emphasis on the fact that we didn't have enough experience. The way we played in double overtime against them - the first game in the playoffs for a lot of guys - and we kept our composure. [Monday] night, the way we came out, the way we were prepared and ready to go right off the bat, that's amazing.

 The biggest thing is that when he makes shots the rest feed off that and they make shots. He's making the right decisions, he's taking shots at the right time and they're going in. That's the biggest thing. He's also been better defensively. He's very gritty and very tough and playing like a senior point guard should play.
